The Artificial Intelligence (AI) emerging era will redefine how information, data and technology will influence and impact global diplomacy, international relations, and statecraft. Earle Hall aims to identify impacts on international relations, cyber warfare, the Information Trade and the role of Global Governance. The conference will offer avenues of action and collaboration to promote international dialogue look into the crystal ball of the future of diplomacy.

Our Speaker's Bio:

Earle G. Hall is an internationally recognized Canadian entrepreneur, 2x TEDx speaker, visionary, and innovator in several fields of technology and neuroscience. Earle has successfully built companies in the video game, special effects for movies, technology education and casino industries.

Earle currently serves as the President & CEO of Fintech AXES.ai. Operating in over 40 countries, AXES is a cloud-based casino information management system that offers cashless and real-time business intelligence solutions with a strong commitment to combating money laundering, addictive gambling, and illicit activities. Earle is the Co-Chairman of the Artificial Intelligence and Cybersecurity Committee of the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, the former Chairman of the International Gaming Standards Association and an Emeritus Board Member of the renowned Government Blockchain Association. Earle is a graduate of the Royal Military College of Canada and a Veteran Army Officer.  He holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and has pursued doctoral studies in leadership and human behavior. In recognition of his international contributions and research, he has been awarded an Honorary Doctorate from TIUA Business School.
