The Council Observatory brings your global interests into focus through a Southern Nevada lens. Save the regions and topics you follow, explore official sources, and prepare a personal briefing with questions for your next gathering. Tourism, trade, water, energy, conventions and citizen diplomacy each open a different view of our place in the world.
Current paid WACLV members can use the private workspace. Regional research links open World Monitor, an independent public tool; its paid features are not included.

What does membership cost, and how long does it last?
WACLV Membership costs $100 USD for a 12-month term. It is a single payment and does not renew automatically.
Are event tickets included?
Event admission is separate from annual dues. Member pricing, when offered, is listed with the individual program. Travel opportunities also have their own booking arrangements and costs.
How do I join?
